Our Mission

Magen for Jewish Communities

works to make Jewish communities in Israel and around the world safer for children and for survivors. Sexual abuse thrives in silence. Magen exists to break that silence and to set the standard for how Jewish communities prevent abuse and respond when it happens.

Magen advocates

for survivors of sexual abuse and exploitation within their communities and institutions, and through the justice system. We work alongside law enforcement in Israel and abroad so that perpetrators are held accountable across borders.

We support

survivors with therapeutic and communal resources, and we stay with them through crisis, recovery, and the long path toward justice.

We raise awareness

and promote child safety through educational programs, practical resources for parents and educators, and work in mainstream and social media.
