SERVICE LIMITATIONS, EMERGENCIES, AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Magen does not provide emergency services, detoxification services, visitation or other expert assessments and opinions, or care for those with acute mental illnesses. Those requiring these critical care services are referred to the appropriate facilities in the area. In the event that emergency care is needed (sexual assault, domestic/intimate partner violence, abuse or neglect), please contact the police at 100 or go to the nearest emergency room.
All correspondence and interaction with Magen is confidential and in accordance with local law. Sensitive information is restricted to a limited number of credentialed employees and interns who are involved with the Mental Health Services or Protective Services departments. If you have questions or concerns about your privacy, you are welcome to contact us anonymously.
